The affiliate programme lets you earn a commission when you refer new customers who subscribe to Tokanza. By joining you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1. Commission
- You earn a one-time commission of 30% for each new paying customer you refer, calculated on the customer's first qualifying payment (setup fee and first subscription cycle) net of taxes and processing fees.
- The commission is paid once per customer; no commission is paid on later recurring payments.
- No commission is earned on free, trial or unpaid accounts.
2. Attribution (cookie)
When a customer visits your referral link we store a referral cookie valid for 60 days. A referral is credited to the last valid referral link before signup, and may not be credited if the browser blocks cookies or the user declines consent.
3. Approval
Joining is subject to our approval. We may reject any application or end participation for any reasonable cause, especially on suspicion of breaching these terms.
4. Hold period and payouts
- A commission is held for 14 days after the customer's payment to ensure there is no refund or dispute, and then becomes payable.
- Your balance is paid out on your request once it reaches the minimum of $50, by the method you specify and we accept. You bear any fees and taxes on your earnings in your country.
- We may ask for identity or tax details before paying.
5. Refunds, disputes and clawbacks
If a customer's payment is refunded, declined or disputed (chargeback), the related commission is cancelled or deducted from your balance, and if already paid we may deduct it from future earnings or ask you to return it.
6. Prohibited promotion methods
- Spam by email, messaging apps or comments.
- Bidding on the "Tokanza" brand keywords or variations in search ads, or impersonating our site or brand.
- Self-referral: signing up through your own link or accounts you control to earn a commission.
- Cookie stuffing or forcing the cookie without a genuine user click.
- Misleading or false claims (such as guaranteed profits or being officially affiliated with us).
- Promoting on sites with illegal content or content that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Fake referrals, fake accounts or any fraudulent activity.
7. Termination
You may leave the programme at any time. We may remove you immediately for a breach, in which case unpaid commissions connected to the breach may be cancelled. Valid, matured commissions are paid after termination under these terms.
8. Changes to the programme
We may change the commission rate, attribution window or minimum payout with prior notice; this does not affect commissions earned before the change.
9. Relationship
You are an independent contractor and not our employee, agent or partner. Affiliate data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Contact: support@tokanza.com.
