1. What you pay
- Setup fee: a one-time payment up front when your store is created, shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Subscription: a monthly or yearly fee depending on the plan you choose.
The first payment (setup fee plus the first subscription cycle) is collected in a single checkout through Stripe; subscription fees are then charged automatically at the start of each cycle.
2. Billing cycles and renewal
The cycle starts at the first successful payment and renews automatically for the same length (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel before the renewal date from the store panel.
3. Changing plan (proration)
If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle the price difference may be prorated for the remaining time; the amounts are shown before you confirm and on the next invoice.
4. Failed payments and grace period
- If a charge fails we retry automatically several times during a short grace period and email you to update your payment method.
- During the grace period your store stays active. If payment still fails afterwards the store is suspended and stops accepting orders until paid.
- If non-payment continues for a long time the subscription may be cancelled.
5. Price changes
We may change prices. We will notify you of an increase at least 30 days before the first cycle it applies to, and you may cancel before then at no extra charge. An increase does not affect a cycle already paid.
6. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude taxes. VAT or other sales taxes may be added depending on your location and tax details and are shown clearly at checkout and on the invoice. You are responsible for providing your correct tax number where applicable.
7. Invoices and currency
An invoice or receipt is issued for each payment through Stripe, emailed to you and available in the store panel. Amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout (US dollars unless stated otherwise); your bank may add currency-conversion fees.
8. Stripe as payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments. We do not store your card details. Your data at Stripe is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and terms. You can manage your payment method from the billing portal.
9. Refunds and cancellation
